Ingredients

2
large Free-range Eggs
1 Tbsp.
Unsweetened Nut Milk
55g
Cream Cheese
⅔ Cup
Almond Flour
2 tsp
Vanilla Essence
1 tsp
Stevia (or sweetener of choice)
1 tsp
Baking Powder
Butter

Method

Add all ingredients to a blender in the above order (except butter)
Blend until combined
In a large non-stick skillet or pan, melt the butter over a medium heat
Pour the batter into the pan one at a time
Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until pancakes can flip easily
Place on a plate and cover with tin foil to keep warm while you cook the rest of the pancakes
Serve with low carb fruits (berries) and cream
